E-LEARNING AGREEMENT

1.Agreement: By accessing this Website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2.Ownership: Unless otherwise indicated, this Website and its contents are the property of Payroll Solutions UK Ltd and/or its contributors and are protected pursuant to copyright and trademark laws.

3.Authority to Download: You are authorised to download one copy of the material (text, video, discussion board material, training modules etc.) on this Website on one computer for your personal, non-commercial use only but you may not in so doing remove or amend any trademark, copyright or other proprietary notice.

4.No other copying: Subject to the above, you may not modify, copy, distribute, republish or upload any of the material on this WebSite without the prior consent of OWNER in writing. No intellectual property or other rights shall be transferred to you.

5.Postings: To the extent that portions of this Website (such as 'chat rooms' or 'bulletin boards') provide users an opportunity to post and exchange information, ideas and opinions ('Postings'), BE ADVISED THAT OWNER DOES NOT SCREEN, EDIT, OR REVIEW POSTINGS PRIOR TO THEIR APPEARANCE ON THIS WEBSITE, and Postings do not necessarily reflect the views of Payroll Solutions UK Ltd . To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, Payroll Solutions UK Ltd excludes all responsibility and liability for the Postings or for any losses or expenses resulting from their use and/or appearance on this Site.

You assume total responsibility for establishing such procedures for data back up and virus checking as you consider necessary.

For parties posting bulletin board material and using discussion rooms

A.Right to monitor and edit
Payroll Solutions UK Ltd reserves the right to monitor all materials posted on this bulletin board ('Postings') and to remove any which it considers in its absolute discretion to be offensive or otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions.

B.Warranty of Authority
You hereby represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights in and to all Postings you provide and all material they contain and that such Postings shall not infringe any proprietary or other rights of third parties.

C.Viruses
Postings shall not contain any viruses or other contaminating or destructive devices or features. Material contained in Postings shall not be defamatory, indecent, offensive, or otherwise unlawful. Postings shall not be used to carry out or solicit any unlawful activity.

9.The course material and eLearning programme provided is solely for the use of the person named in the agreement.  No further copies may be made, or persons other than the named student can be allowed to use the material or have access to the eLearning programme, as this would infringe our copyright terms.

Data Protection Policy
As you have provided Payroll Solutions with your personal details, be assured that we will not pass on your details to any third party. The information you provide will only be held by Payroll Solutions UK Ltd.

When you are accepted for the eLearning programme we will let you know within 14 days. An invoice will then be sent to you and should be paid before we will dispatch any course materials. Once course materials are dispatched we regret we will be unable to refund the fees.
